Ego death – this is the term being used for spiritual awakening these days. I don’t love it but it does work in some ways. I prefer “awakening”, but that term has been marred by political agendas to some degree recently although, I think it is still relevant in most spiritual groups. Another way of describing the experience is, “looking behind the curtain or veil”. The veil of remembering. In Celtic mythology that world beyond the veil as called Tirnan’og. When we incarnate into human form in the old earth cycle of death and rebirth – we are blocked from remembering our soul’s journey, past lives and all awareness from before this life. And that veil block is upheld by the ego or mind that perpetually feeds us a logic that prevents us from piercing the veil. We can think of the ego as a pair of virtual reality goggles.
Whether you had a near death experience, a profound shock to your soul or just a major epiphany – it starts with a small crack in the virtual reality goggles that are feeding us our reality. Our ego. Through that crack light from an outside reality floods in disrupting what the goggles have been feeding us and messing with our experience of the only life we have know. We may see things or hear things that are illogical according to the story and structures of the virtual reality we have existed within since our birth on earth. Eventually the goggles will be irreparable and we’ll have to learn to navigate a whole new landscape but it starts with a crack. And while the world beyond the goggles is becoming known to us in small snippets – we speak with care to those whose goggles have not cracked. Have never cracked. Because they cannot know what they do not know unless they believe in faith. They have no experience of the outside reality but they have heard that anyone who sees it is ill, mentally ill. Those deemed mentally will be promptly given medication to seal the cracks or at least to block the light coming in through those cracks. And when the goggles fail completely, they could lock you up in a treatment center or other small room with padded walls, until you learn to walk about in an acceptable way.
I myself, prefer to walk in the way of the spiritual retreat or ashram and own my new reality as a different kind of stigma called “woo woo” while not considered an illness it is still not understood by those whose egos are intact. And so for some a stigma still follows the so called, woo woo.
Now the word “ego” means different things in different spiritual circles and so it might be better to define ego here for our purposes as the convictions that our mind feeds us to keep the virtual reality we walk about in – shall we say to keep things logical. Logical for the world we live in on the physical plane. One where souls are not separate from their body or thoughts. A world where we know and learn everything through our five senses. Beyond those five senses – it does not exist. Or at least it could only exist if somehow proven with a mathematical formula connected back to something we can sense with our sight, taste, smell, touch and hearing. A world where our thoughts are private and we cannot possibly hear or know what another is thinking or about to say. Where we cannot see or sense invisible beings who live amongst us.
Ego death, those first cracks are part of a process known as awakening. And once we finally shed the goggles of ego completely we also shed all the people in our lives who also wear googles. Choosing instead to surround ourselves with others who see without goggles. Who know things that are not in the program of the goggles. And this we call the dark knight of the soul – a time after awakening when all that no longer serves us falls away from us. Which is actually the beginning of a beautiful new reality – outside the matrix. A matrix we can walk in and out of freely.
Fortunately there are many on earth now who have no goggles. Or who have upgraded their goggles. Many who have seen the new earth and are guiding blinded souls out of the old falling apart paradigm and into a new way of being, way showers and healers. There are also many on earth now who came from the future paradigms to help but who haven’t been able to step into their full mission on earth because the virtual reality goggles are very convincing. But as they begin to notice the light coming in from the edges and through the cracks they are remembering and waking up to join the way-showers.
The way-showers know there are two paths out of the old earth. One into the new earth and one into reincarnation on another planet where they may continue to explore life, death and rebirth until they can handle the light of the new earth. They will be offered another 70,000 years on the wheel of reincarnation but not on earth. Earth is evolving into its next 30 million year cycle for beings ready for the higher learnings of the new earth.
Everyone gets there eventually. We all get to the highest density on the narrow path – it just takes some longer than others and we all are being helped by our future higher selves who have succeeded. But at any given point in linear time – we’re at different points on our journey. And the way showers are helping to guide those less far along to find the escape hatch out of the karmic reincarnation wheel of the old earth, before they continue on their own journey into higher realms of consciousness where they will become invisible to those in the previous realms and realities while all still occupying some of the same terrain.
If you are starting to see, hear and know things that you couldn’t before – you are piercing the veil of the 3D reality. You are not crazy or mentally ill. You are stepping into a bigger perception of reality that continues beyond the five senses. You are becoming extra-sensory. The ego is fading. And the limiting beliefs of the ego are fading with it. Welcome! Your world is about to open up. And magical, difficult and wonderful things are about to become known to you. And as you’ve chosen the path of service to others, the only path that leads out of the old earth – you are about to find life much more fulfilling and happy and easy. After 70,000 years of self realization comes 30 million years of love. Welcome to the New Earth for the next 30 million years. And just like now, those of us who graduate from the next cycle of love first will help those who are taking longer – about 30 million linear years and many lifetimes from now. At least that’s what my friends (Ra and Q’uo) from the future higher densities of Unity and Wisdom have spoken and I have heard.
