We had a small window of the Pluto in Aquarius energy last spring. It was a lovely vibe with glimpses of new more aligned collaborations and relationships. I enjoyed it very much. Aquarius is an air sign. It is futuristic and technologically inclined. Easier in many ways for air and fire signs especially.
But then the water and earth signs got a reprieve – Pluto went retrograde back into Capricorn until now. It’s been a time of revising our priorities and untethering ourselves from the old earth. Of deciding whether we will choose the path of service to others or stay focused squarely on our own well being. And noting the choices of those around us. We’ve had massive amounts of light from the Sun enter earths field as we reached solar maximum in the last month and we’ve been pushed to reach new heights and depths of consciousness and heart opening.
We’ve also witnessed the backlash of terrorism, war and retaliation. We’ve seen the increase in narcissism, greed and emotional disconnect as the old paradigm begins to crack with dictators despatately clinging to those old power structures and the denser way the world has been until now.
This isn’t just a generational shift from Capricorn to Aquarius. It’s much more than that. It’s also a shift from one paradigm to another. The first shift of Pluto since the end of the Mayan calendar. The earth has changed.
We look at the world in chaos and wonder, why? Because the old must break down for the new to re-organize. New structures aligned with a new era in earths evolution. A new epoch of humanity. One where lifespans increase and children are more sensitive and the lessons are not about free will, sovereignty and choice – they are about love.
Will it organize over night? No, it will not. It may take many years for the age of Aquarius to really be here but these next two decades of transformational Pluto in Aquarius will be the next phase of clearing out the old with revolutionary changes in the macrocosm of society that will be reflected in the microcosm of our relationships. This new moon we just experienced on 1/11 culminates in a Leo full moon next week after the shift of Pluto and the Sun into Aquarius this weekend will set the tone for massive re-alignment. The full moon will square expansive Jupiter. This will not go unnoticed. We will think differently after this shift.
In 2020 we stepped off the treadmills, in 2021 we decided how to work and go to school differently. The divine feminine was activated (year of the rabbit). In 2022 people moved to new cities and states realigning more with their values, no longer tethered to cubicles. 2023 we began to see our relationships differently. We began to recognize our own relationship dynamic and toxic patterns and we started to shift our consciousness. 2024, during this January moon cycle will be the kick off to year of divine masculine awakening ( year of the dragon). And when Pluto once more retrogrades back into Capricorn in the fall – all loose ends will be tied. By 2025 we will be in full revolutionary mode. Dismantling the old paradigm masculine and feminine together, no longer caring about facades and expectations.
Those who can access their heart space and partner from a place of unconditional love will anchor in the new earth. These first three months of 2024 will be the time of the masculine and all the shifts that come with new vision and new priorities. By this time next year we will be in a very different place in human evolution and consciousness. The spiritual realm is conspiring for our greatest success and re-alignment. This is the moment that many old souls came to experience. We have waited and waited. We have evolved and healed. We are ready. We were born for this. Buckle up – it’s about to get wild. As all good roller coaster riders know – remember to laugh trust you are secure, maybe throw your hands up into that Aquarian air and feel the excitement, no fear.
