- Always a life long spiritual seeker, Jen reads Gary Zukav’s The Seat of the Soul in 2014 and has a profound spiritual awakening while visiting the island of Maui
- Jen begins working with a psychic, and receives her Reiki Master attunements. She is reconnected to her awareness of light beings and angels. Later that year she leaves her career to work in a Waldorf School after her young daughter had a prophetic dream foretelling the change, a career change that would last 4 years
- In 2016, Jen participates in her first Family Constellation performed by a facilitator trained in Austria, leading to improved health for her young daughters and ancestral lineage healing.
- While participating in a biography workshop she gains a higher perspective of the suffering in her life which helps heal the grief of losing her sister to post polio syndrome
- In 2016, she attends the first of many enlightenment intensive retreats with Joseph Rubano where she learns dyad style meditation and has profound experiences communicating with plants and trees and a lucid experience of her soul in another dimensional reality as a mermaid connected to Lumeria and Maui.
- She experiences a (kundalini) light body activation and receives a download of the sacred geometric message of the Merkaba and how gratitude and forgiveness transmute fear and depravity
- In 2018, she begins writing the Modern Mystical Mamma spiritual blog to document her spiritual quest to understand perceptions beyond the veil of forgetting. Jen’s meditation practice deepens at this time and she finds herself communicating with the soul of a non-human organization; she reports the communication to those holding space for the spiritual aspects of the organization.
- Jen is trained in Loving-kindness Meditation (LKM)
- With a family constellation facilitator, Jen helps her father cross over from the earth realm where his soul was been stuck for nearly 40 years
- She remembers her life as Helen, adding 150+ years to her lived memory.
- Jen records her first podcast and launches a YouTube channel called Free To Be Authentic (rebranded now as Woo Woo Wellness)
- Jen is trained in Transcendental Meditation at the TM center in Woodland Hills, Los Angeles
- In 2019, Jen follows a call to leave her work in Los Angeles Waldorf schools to acquire a home on Maui and begin homeschooling her daughters. She founds Hale O Kauka Healing Garden.
- Jen receives an Astrosophy reading from Brian Gray, giving her new perspective of her life and her intrinsic relationship to community and Saint Michael
2020s
- During the pandemic Hale O Kauka Healing Garden hosts cultural events and a homeschool pod that will form a strong community with deep ties to healing arts
- Jen experiences a series of energy healings facilitated by Danae, a healer on Maui – that session is the first of several that remove past life wounds allowing her to experience physical healing of life long back pain
- Encouraged by the homeschool community, Woo Woo Wellness publishes, the first edition of There’s an Elephant in our Parent Community
- The Moon Maiden and Fire Sister Women’s circles are founded and monthly ceremonies are held at Hale O Kauka Healing Garden and later at The Womb Garden, Maui hosted by Reyhan (see Reyhan’s meet the facilitators episode on YT)
- She begins officiating hand fasting wedding ceremonies on Maui
- Jen experiences a profound heart chakra energy healing facilitated by Danae. Through this healing connection to her inner divine masculine is restored
- She remembers three more lifetimes, one in the founding of early America and two in Europe
- Jen receives a download to found Woo Woo Wellness
- She has a profound experience during a session with Danae and has a vision of herself as an Egyptian goddess archetype with wings like Isis, a vision common amongst twin flame divine feminines
- Danae and Reyhan join Jen to co-create and form the collective soul of Woo Woo Wellness. Together they balance each other and are the pillars of a sisterhood on Maui along with several other foundational women in their community

- Jen receives a bonus daughter who helps her recognize the gifts of her Sun Chiron conjunction and ability to meet those in trauma with compassion and to sit in the shadows to walk them through and change their story from the past. Danae and Reyhan become an integral support network for her +daughter’s healing. Jen gets trained by the Polaris Institute in Human Trafficking
- Witnessing her bonus daughter’s healing journey inspires Jen to continue organizing non-traditional healing modalities to make them more accesible to mainstream seekers who have not found success with the Western approach to behaviour, emotional and mental health wellness.
- Jen is awakened to behavioral patterns that run deep in her family lineage and she begins to heal this dynamic within herself, recognizing that the high control religion she was raised in has created cultural imprints on her that are shared by others in varied ways as America was founded on religious freedom and multi-culturalism.
- She consciously un-couples from her husband
- Jen seeks treatment at The Cleveland Clinic for a fibroid tumor, which Jen recognizes as a sign she is out of alignment with what she is birthing energetically into the world. She takes a step back from Woo Woo Wellness to heal, notice and re-calibrate
- Woo Woo Wellness publishes Wisdom of the Fire Sisters for the Curious Moon Maiden in collaboration with a diverse group of women on Maui
- Two of the Woo Woo Wellness founders begin traveling extensively for work and pleasure meeting and connecting with many people, healers and facilitators organically growing the Woo Woo Wellness network.
- The Lionsgate Portal devastates Maui; the Fire Sisters community works individually and collectively to support the victims through volunteerism, donations and filling the gaps on the ground during the crisis. Together they found the Maui Red Tent project. Jen processes the fire storm event as spiritually significant, as the Maui community goes through a transformation that brings awareness to indigenous rights, land stewardship, climate action and place sovereignty
- While visiting Maine – Helen’s birthplace, Jen encounters an ancestor and experiences a healing that strengthens her belief in the soul’s role in true wellness.
- A recurrence of uterine fibroids and severe anemia leads Jen down a path to work with a Chinese Medicine doctor and receive acupuncture treatments and implement an herbal regimen to restore her health and vitality. The journey toward healing continue.
- At a time of significant Mars Pluto planetary alignments expected to create change in the world, Jen’s prior home, both Waldorf Schools where she worked and her prior community in Los Angeles experience a fire storm event eerily similar to what occurred on Maui – Jen understands these devastating events energetically as a time for breaking down the old patterns, letting go of what has left us and re-building stronger from a foundation of integration and cohesion. She finalizes her divorce, takes back her maiden name and merges Woo Woo Wellness, Hale O Kauka Healing Garden and the IamJenQuintana (Modern Mystical Mamma_ blog into one new cohesive website and re-brands as Jen Leder at Root Untethered.
